RETURNS & EXCHANGE

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS
1. Contact customer service and offer the relevant information of the order.(Order number ) 
2. Describe complete reasons for return.
If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that of what you have ordered, or a few are damaged,
please take photos of packaging and goods 

3. our customer service will check and agree.
4. return your items.
5. we received items and refund your money or keep the banlace into your credit account for next order.


Please Note : All returns must be sent back within 3 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition.

Quality issuess : 
If your items have quality issues (including shipping damages), you can return or exchange the products 
within 3 days of receiving the products, for FREE.
Not quality issues: 
If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you can return the products within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please note, customers may be charged full shipping fee and custom fee on returned items.
Mis-shipped products or shortage products : 
For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item for your next order. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a refund.
